A Christmas wish for you
As this message reaches your inbox, I am sitting in front of my Christmas tree.
Once again, I’m the first one up (the joy of having teenagers!)
And I have a couple hours to myself.
My pen in hand, my journal on my lap,
I do just as much thinking as I do writing.
I’m full of gratitude -
For my family, our home, our health.
For all of the lessons I’ve learned this year.
For all the joys and laughter and wonder.
I’m grateful for you, my friend.
Thank you for reading my words each week.
Thank you for welcoming me into your world.
Thank you for journaling with me.
And I leave with you with a wish:
I wish for you an abundance of self-awareness,
Self-compassion, and self-love.
(All of these are possible through journaling.)
I hope you have the merriest Christmas if you celebrate.
And if you don’t, I hope you have a beautiful, joyful Monday.
Journal Prompts
Use these prompts as written or as inspiration to uncover what you need in your life this week. And know that I’m always here to support you and answer questions you have along the way!
What has made this holiday season special to you?
What was your most memorable holiday?
What are you most looking forward to in 2024?
Wanna talk journaling?
If you’d like some support, encouragement, or accountability with your journaling, let’s have a conversation. I’ve opened some slots for this next week to talk journaling.
Here’s what you can expect:
We’ll talk about you, what’s going on in your life, how your journaling is going. I’ll answer your journaling questions, we’ll even journal together. If you’d like to hear about how I can help you on a larger scale, I’m happy to share that; otherwise, it’s all about you!
Book time on my calendar here. Be sure to bring your journal to our session!
Happy Journaling!
