Life has been a lot, I know.
You’re tired. Overwhelmed. Frustrated.
It’s easy to feel like you’re not doing enough.
And at the same time, it’s easy to feel like you’re doing too much.
Either way, it’s easy to feel like you’re falling short
Of some arbitrary self-imposed deadline that you didn’t bother
To tell yourself about until it was already too late to meet it.
Please stop for just a minute.
Give yourself a heaping dose of grace.
And look at how far you’ve come.
Look at how much you’ve grown.
Look at how much you’ve learned.
Look at how much you’ve accomplished.
Instead of thinking about how much further you should be by now,
Consider where you started and how hard you’ve worked to get here.
And, for heaven’s sake, please start recognizing yourself.
Recognize and celebrate how amazing you are.
How strong and smart you are.
How many skills you’ve built.
How you’re the most authentic and true version of yourself
Than you’ve ever been before.
How you light others up when you want into a room.
How you support and uplift others so they can be their best selves too.
How you offer kindness and love and grace to those around you.
You make the world a better place
Simply by being you.
Keep showing up.
Keep trying.
And trust that everything will work out for your highest good.
I believe in you.
I’m grateful for you.
I’m here holding space for you.

This Week’s Journal Prompts:
Use these prompts as written or as inspiration to uncover what you need in your life this week. And know that I’m always here to support you and answer questions you have along the way!
Do you truly recognize yourself?
What’s special about you?
What gifts and talents do you bring to the world?
Take a look back to a year ago. How have you changed since then?
Now look five years back. How much more growth have you experienced?
How can you show yourself greater love and kindness?
Happy Journaling!
