Do you ever feel like there’s not enough time or money to go around?
That you keep working, wearing yourself out, and there’s just not enough?
Maybe you have your own business and you’re so busy doing the things for your business that you can’t seem to make time to work on your business, the important strategy work that only you can do.
Maybe you have a 9-5 and a family and you struggle to make time for yourself. You’re up early in the morning to take care of the kids and the dogs and the house, and off to work before you know it, and the second you walk through the door you’re back on all-the-things duty. Dinner and evening activities keep you hopping, and you can’t seem to find a minute to yourself unless you stay up late - and then you’re too tired to be useful.
Maybe you’re avoiding checking your bank account because you’re scared of what you’ll see. You just keep handing over your credit card, hoping ends will meet by the time the bill comes due.
Maybe you have dreams for your future and keep putting them off, telling yourself someday you’ll make it happen.
Does any of this sound like you?
What if I told you you could take control over your life with just a few minutes a day?
That by picking up your pen, you can journal your way to the freedom you’re seeking?
I’ve seen it work in my own life, and I’ve seen it work for my clients.
Journaling brings clarity, focus, direction. It helps us take action - targeted action - to obtain the results we seek. Journaling invites peace, calm, and satisfaction as we make it a regular part of our lives.
Want to hear more about how you can create a routine of your own and journal your path to financial and time freedom?
Join me on Thursday, June 23 at 7:00 pm Eastern for a webinar where we’ll talk about how you can make it happen.

Weekly Journal Prompts:
Use these prompts as written or as inspiration to uncover what you need in your life this week.
What would my life look like if I had more freedom?
What does freedom look like for me?
Would what I do with that freedom?
What is an action I can take today to move closer to that freedom I seek?
One Journaling Idea I Love:
A day in the life.
Write about a regular day in your life, from the time you get up in the morning until the time you go to bed. What does life look like for you? Do your actions align with your values? Are you spending your time on the things that matter most?
I love to do this periodically, not just to get perspective on how I’m spending my time and energy, but also to keep a record of my life.
What a gift to give ourselves - the opportunity to go back to a time a year, five years, twenty years ago and remember what life was like for us! It’s so easy to forget as our memories fade.
(It’d also be an amazing gift to leave behind for loved ones. I’d have loved to get even just one day in the life of one of my grandmothers and to see what life was like for one of them.)
