I really enjoyed this article/journal. I journal most days but without purpose or direction, your writing gave me some perspective towards my “why”. Thank you for sharing 😄

Terrific post, Amanda - thank you so much for sharing.

I have got to know myself so much better through journalling, and having only really started in 2018 I wish that I'd known about its tremendous benefits years ahead of that.

I hear you re health journalling - I keep track of all of my diabetes-related stuff in my own journal, and it is an invaluable point of reference.
